If you don’t love it, we’ll refund you. Keep the cert.

We want every dedication to be the kind of thing you actually frame and hang on a wall — or hand to someone who does. If your certificate arrives and it isn’t that, we’ll refund the full purchase amount.

How it works

  • ·You have 60 days from delivery to request a refund. Email support@nameagalaxy.io with your order entry number.
  • ·We process the full refund within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
  • ·You keep the certificate. We don’t want it back, the print is yours regardless.
  • ·The registry entry stays filed under your dedication. We don’t un-register dedications even on refund — your name stays in the public archive.

What this covers

  • ·The cert arrived damaged. Contact us first — usually we ship a replacement, no return needed.
  • ·The cert arrived with a typo or printing error caused by us. Free replacement.
  • ·You changed your mind. Honestly, that’s fine. Email us.
  • ·The recipient doesn’t love it. Use this if it was a gift that didn’t land.

What it doesn’t cover

  • ·Buyer’s typos in the dedication itself (you reviewed it before checkout). We can sometimes reprint at cost — ask.
  • ·Lost-in-shipping items more than 90 days post-order, where the carrier marked the package as delivered.
  • ·Bulk corporate orders of 10+ dedications, which have separate terms emailed at order time.

Cancellations before shipping

If you change your mind before we’ve started production, email us within 24 hours of ordering and we’ll cancel and refund 100%. After production starts (typically 24–48 hours after order), we can still refund — we just absorb the print cost on our side.
